Return and Refund Policy

Playtipus seeks to have only satisfied customers. While we can accept for return unopened, packaged products for a full credit, we cannot take back software that has been removed from its original packaging or apps that have been downloaded. We will, however - at our discretion - issue a site credit.

Return of Packaged Products: If you purchase a packaged software product, and you decide that you do not want to keep it, and it is in its original packaging, you may return it for a full refund. E-mail us at service@playtipus.com, and we will send you instructions for returning it and receiving a full refund.

Opened Products: We cannot accept for return a packaged software product in which the package has been opened. We may, however, issue you a credit that you can use to purchase a different product. E-mail us at service@playtipus.com and let us know why you are seeking a credit for your purchase price, and if we determine that your request is legitimate, we will issue you a site credit.

Downloaded Products: If you are not satisfied with software or an app that you downloaded, we may issue you credit that you can use to purchase different software. E-mail us at service@playtipus.com and let us know why you are seeking a credit for your purchase price, and if we determine that your request is legitimate, we will issue you a site credit.
